With clear expectations set, the construction phase begins and
the right solutions are built and tested. The key elements of this
step include:
Management of a project database that monitors any updates and tracks all e-mails sent between users and developers to ensure proper coordination and communication between the two teams
Construction and coding of the project according to agreed-upon specifications and details
Testing of the system and its smaller components to ensure full functionality
Addition of possible updates to the system due to changing user requirement
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
During this step, the WFS team completes the development of the technical solution. During this stage, you are responsible for the frequent review and approval of samples
of the work provided by the WFS team.
